We went to the Zona Romantica location. It was so very good. Japanese pancakes that taste like marshmallow fluff. The manager Alberto is super nice and came by to talk to us. His cousin owns the place. Go!

Really cute spot with really good, light, fluffy Japanese pancakes and chilaquiles. Highly recommended and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Added to my spots that I will definitely check out again. Alberto and Romina we're both wonderful servers who assisted me.

If you are hungry for something different and amazing, try this place!!! It is only one block south of the main road in Zona Romantica and it has a cool vibe!! The Japanese fluffy pancakes are unique and sooooo delicious. With berries and mascarpone - YUM!! Great smoothies and excellent service. We will be back!

Fluffy absolutely lives up to its name. Everything we tried was amazing. Their specialty soufflé pancakes are light, airy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. We had three flavors — mascarpone, dulce de leche, and Nutella with banana — and each one was better than the last. We also ordered the chilaquiles "Divorciados," and here's a pro tip: add the arrachera steak. It takes the dish to another level. The coffee and lattes were excellent, and you can tell the barista takes pride in their craft. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding - attentive, friendly, and welcoming without being overbearing. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Fluffy is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back.

I came by myself around 11 am on a Monday and it was a bit busy but only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table to become available. I ordered the Fluffy Chilaquil and cafe Americano. It was my first time having a souffle style pancake. They have a marshmallow like texture and I was kind of wondering if they were even cooked enough but I think that's just how they are and they were good but I think I still prefer traditional pancakes. The chilaquiles, eggs, refried beans and chorizo were very good as was the coffee which was smooth and good enough to drink without cream or sugar. The best coffee I've had in Vallarta actually. Alberto, who I'm guessing is the manager, came to my table and chatted with me for a few minutes. I asked him where they get the beans for their coffee and he said they come straight from the producer in Veracruz, MX. He also brought me a complimentary dish of blueberries to try on my fluffies. Alberto and his staff were great and I will definitely stop in again the next time I'm in Vallarta!

I had heard so much about this place and I decided to give it a go! The moment i walked in I was welcomed by two service members, had multiple service checks through out my meal. The food was absolutely excellent. My server had an amazing personality and was personable. The manager kept coming over to talk to me and wanted go hear my opinions about the drinks. I told him the mimosa was perfection, not too sweet or tart and good ratio of OJ to champagne. I told him pineapple and cranberry mimosas were also a great bet, maybe having a pitcher option at 300 pesos would be great for people to share and enjoy! I loved the atmosphere and the fluffiness!!

Great experience at fluffys! The pancakes are so light and airy, and also delicious! Prices were amazing and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the drinks. The mocha was sort of bland and my matcha latte didn’t taste like matcha. More like an off brand with a gross sweetener.

Fluffy’s is my all time favorite breakfast place. The Fluffy pancakes are out of this world and no other fluffy pancakes I’ve had any other place have even come close. They also have other really delicious food like salads, bagels and chilaquiles and lots of beverage options. The menu is really varied and everything I’ve tasted has been amazing. They also have the kindest staff and I always look forward to seeing them. I started out going to the Fluffy’s in Versalles and after they opened in Zona Romantica I’ve been there lots of times as well. I recommend going to Fluffy’s to everyone!
